I hope you’re enjoying reading along with us this month! (And if you haven’t started yet, there is still plenty of time).
We’re very excited to be welcoming Dr. Brian Kwoba, author of Hubert Harrison: Forbidden Genius of Black Radicalism, to our virtual discussion on October 28 at 6:00 PM Eastern. Given all the recent conversations on leftist politics, anti-Blackness, and the increased presence of socialist political candidates—all of which are themes of this brilliant book—this is going to be a fascinating conversation.
We hope you can join us! And as always, if you haven’t read the book, you are still very welcome to attend.
In solidarity,
Alan, connease, and Maya
